The current RateReviewMe app can usually locate your business and configure its Google review destination for you. Use this guide if you prefer manual setup or need to troubleshoot the link.
Copy your review link
Open your Business Profile
Sign in to the Google account that manages your business, then find your Business Profile on Google.
Open your reviews
Select Read reviews, then choose Get more reviews.
Copy the link
Select the copy icon beside your review link. Google may also show options to share the link or download a QR code.
Google's menus can vary by device and account. If you cannot see these options, use a computer browser and make sure you are signed in to the account that manages the profile.

Add the link to RateReviewMe
- Open RateReviewMe and go to your Business Profile.
- Paste the full Google review link into the review link field.
- Save it, then test the link to make sure it opens the correct business.
Once you've copied your review link, return to RateReviewMe and paste it into your Business Profile.
Troubleshooting
The link opens the wrong business
Return to Google, confirm you are managing the correct location and copy the link again. Businesses with several locations need a separate link for each Business Profile.
The link will not save
Copy the complete link and check that it begins with https:// and contains no spaces.
You cannot access the Business Profile
You may be signed in to a different Google account or may not have permission to manage the profile. Ask the profile owner to grant access or provide the review link.
