Where do I find my Google review link?

Open your Google Business Profile, choose Read reviews and then Get more reviews. Copy the review link and check the business location. A clear destination makes it easier for customers to share their actual experience.

Find the link from your business profile

Sign in with the Google account that manages the listing. Open the Business Profile, select Read reviews, then Get more reviews, and copy the link. Google may change its interface, so use its current help page if the controls look different. A normal website URL or a link to one customer's review is a different destination.

Check the exact business location

Businesses with several locations should maintain a separate, clearly labelled link for each listing. Open the copied link and verify the business name and address. Do not rely on similar names, a shortened URL's appearance or a link saved for an old location.

Try the customer journey

Open the link in another browser or on your phone. Check the destination rather than posting a test review. Customers need to sign in to a Google Account to leave a Google review. A request can therefore lead to a sign-in screen before the review form appears.

Add the destination to RateReviewMe

Use business search or the Google review link field in the app's business settings. Verify the saved business before preparing a request. RateReviewMe's short link opens a page where customers can share feedback and choose an enabled public review destination. A Google link goes to Google; it does not, by itself, collect private feedback for you. Keep that distinction clear when choosing which link to share.

Why does the link open the wrong business?

Check the original Business Profile and copy its review request link again. Confirm the location before replacing saved settings. Existing RateReviewMe requests retain their saved review destinations, so changing settings is intended for new requests rather than silently rewriting a customer's existing link.

Can I use the same link everywhere?

A business-level Google link can be shared in an appropriate thank-you message or used with Google's QR code. Keep it separate from individual customer tracking links: printing one person's request link for everyone makes the activity history misleading. See the QR guide for a simple printed workflow.
